General conditions

BOOKINGS AND DEPOSIT:
The booking is not official until the bookings fee (€ 16,50) and the deposit of 30% for the camping site and 50% for gîtes of the total accommodation expenses have been received by us. The remains of the accommodation expenses for the camping-site has to be paid by cash, the remains for the gîtes including the warranty, has to be remitted to us 6 weeks before the arrival date at the latest.
Your booking has to be paid completely in every case.
Attention: the camping pitches are available after 3.00 pm on the day of your arrival. The site has to be vacant on the day of departure at 12.00 noon.

NUMBER OF TENANTS:
If the number of tenants is higher than is stated in the booking, the owner has the right to refuse the surplus tenants and declare the contract as being invalid, or calculate the amount as is stated in the rates.

ANNULMENT:
Every annulment has to be done by recorded delivery. If the annulment is placed within 2 months of the date of arrival, the deposit will not be reimbursed. 3 Months before the date of arrival 30% of the deposit will be reimbursed. If the annulment is placed more than 3 months before the date of arrival 90% of the deposit will be reimbursed. The bookings fee will not be reimbursed in case of annulment.

INTERRUPTION OF THE BOOKING:
If the tenant interrupts his/her stay before the stated date of departure, the owner will not reimburse the remaining amount of the costs.

DISAGREEMENT:
In case of a disagreement, only the tribunal will give a binding judgement.

EXTRA CONDITION:
The pool is not guarded by a bath superintendend. In case of any accident, the owner will not take any responsibility.

GîTES:
The tenant has to respect the quiet character of the rented matters and use them in accordance with the intent of the owner.
He/she has to leave the gîte behind in the same state as it was offered to him on his/her arrival.
The rented matters can only be used by the people recorded in the contract in accordance with the tenant and the owner, with the exception of an authorization of modification of this rule, written by the owner.
Both in the beginning and at the end of the rental period, an inventory will be made.
